The Chefs Garden, Inc. specializes in baby vegetables,
specialty lettuces, herbs and edible flowers. Their farming method
allows the products to grow naturally to achieve optimum flavor and
nutrient levels. The Chefs Garden is deeply dedicated to Growing
vegetables slowly and gently, in full accord with nature?. Sustainable
agriculture is a broad spectrum approach to natural farming. In this
type of system, agriculture can survive and thrive long term as opposed
to conventional farming, which can be defined as a mining process in
which each year the soils are depleted of vital nutrients, sustainable
agriculture is a building of the soil year after year.

We offer over 150 micro greens and micro herbs, many available in several
sizes (micro, petite and ultra) which will vary from 1 to 3 inches
tall.
Try Red Ribbon Sorrel, Chinese Toon, Wasabi Mustard, Sea Spears and
Shoots & Tendrils.
We provide seven types of Cress as well as over 30 herbs and blends!

Lettuce varieties include Crisphead, Bibb, Leaf, Romaine, Crystals,
Frisse and Mescluns. Our greens provide colors, texture and taste that
range from Petite Tatzuna, Indigo Radiacchio and Asians to a wide variety
of blends.

Our roots are full of flavor, color and packed with nutrients. We offer
over 40 plus varieties of heirloom and specialty vegetables such as
beets, radishes, carrots and turnips which are available in a rainbow
of oranges, purples, whites, reds and golds that are awaiting your
culinary creativity.

With eight varieties currently available, these tasty tubers are rich
and buttery with textures that range from firm to soft.

Cruciferous vegetables are all high in fiber, vitamins and minerals.
Sustainable agricultural practices allow for more nutrient-filled products
and the heightening of natural sugars that occur provides more flavor
as well.

Violas, Marigolds, Nasturtiums & Leaves, Johny Jump-Ups and Confetti
are only few of the several colorful varieties we offer year round.
