Provisioning Step By Step
Who are you cooking for?
Owner: If you know the owner’s preferences but want to bring an element of surprise into your recipes this guide is meant to inspire your senses and assist you boost your creativity; but don’t forget, we are only a phone call away if you want to talk chef to chef and exchange some wonderful ideas.

On the other hand, if you are looking to impress the owner for the first time; we will assist you design your orders to meet menu requirements and create that “wow” effect by using unique ingredients.

Charter Guests / Guests:
We will support you in the design of provisioning orders based on the preference lists provided by management companies and brokers.

Crew:
We have the ability to source different grades, cuts, frenching and types of protein at different price points to meet the budget per crew member if specified.

Where are you traveling?
South Florida:
We own refrigerated vans and trucks to deliver your orders from our provisioning center in Dania, FL to Miami, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and their surrounding areas. We can also deliver orders directly to your yacht in our Intrepid Powerboat, if traffic is ever a limitation and if you are at anchor.

The Caribbean, The Bahamas and The Eastern Seaboard:

Our logistics team has extensive experience of freighting provisions these key market regions. Our priority is to guarantee the freshness and quality of the goods while meeting your turnaround requirements. We offer an extensive flight schedule through FedEx, Amerijet, American Airlines, Continental and other reliable carriers. We can recommend local agents for clearance and delivery or can work with your agent of preference. We work closely with these carriers and agents to ensure temperature control shipments and on-time deliveries.

What is the packaging used?
Orders are packed with extreme care; we use thermo shield bags, dry ice and bubble wrap protecting support in order to prevent damage during transit. You will receive our invoice for the goods and a copy of the freight invoice from the carrier; you pay what we paid for shipping, no up-charge is applied.

When do you need to place the order?
We know by experience that sometimes you get last minute requests for provisions; don’t worry, we are here to help you. In most cases we can deliver small orders within 12 hours; however, we encourage you to place orders 3 days in advance, especially for legal processing of goods (certification requirements) to be delivered outside of the USA.
